To change the temperature unit from Celsius to Fahrenheit on the AMMZO EK-01 Digital Meat Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Press the mode button on the thermometer.
2. The display will show the current temperature unit (either Celsius or Fahrenheit).
3. Press the mode button again to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
4. Once you have selected the desired temperature unit, wait for the display to show the new unit.
5. The thermometer will now display temperature readings in the selected unit.
