To change the temperature unit from Celsius to Fahrenheit on the Biison D2 Digital Meat Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Press the power button to turn on the thermometer.
2. Press the mode button to enter the temperature unit selection mode.
3. The current temperature unit (Celsius or Fahrenheit) will be displayed on the screen.
4. Press the mode button again to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
5. Once you have selected the desired temperature unit, wait for a few seconds for the thermometer to save the setting.
6. The thermometer will now display temperature readings in the selected unit.
