To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit on the Viproud FC-IR202 Digital Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the thermometer is turned on.
2. Press and hold the Mute-unmute button for 5 seconds.
3. The temperature unit will change from Celsius to Fahrenheit or from Fahrenheit to Celsius.
4. Release the button when the desired temperature unit is displayed on the screen.
