To connect the XLIFE X1 Wireless Otoscope to your smartphone or tablet, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure you have downloaded the Bebird app from the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play (for Android). You can also scan the QR code provided in the instruction manual to download the app.
2. Open the Bebird app on your smartphone or tablet.
3. Press and hold the power button on the XLIFE X1 Wireless Otoscope to turn it on. The power button is located on the ear cleaning rod.
4. Connect your smartphone or tablet to the product's Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi network name should be "Xlife-Xl-XXXX" (XXXX represents the specific device identifier).
5. Once connected to the product's Wi-Fi network, go back to the Bebird app and enter it.
6. You should now be able to start using the XLIFE X1 Wireless Otoscope through the app on your smartphone or tablet.
If you are still experiencing difficulties connecting the device, you may try deleting the existing app and reinstalling it by rescanning the QR code provided in the instruction manual. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service Representatives for further assistance.
