To switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature units on the Tulur GF-MT501 Digital Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the On/Off button for three to four seconds until the thermometer turns on.
2. Once the thermometer is turned on, press the On/Off button again.
3. Each press of the button will switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature units.
4. Release the button when the desired temperature unit is displayed on the LCD screen.
