To change the temperature unit from Celsius to Fahrenheit on the Soonkoda GM50 Digital Infrared Thermometer, please follow these steps:
1. Turn on the thermometer by pressing the power button.
2. Press and hold the temperature switch button for a few seconds until the temperature unit symbol starts flashing on the LCD screen.
3. While the temperature unit symbol is flashing, press the temperature switch button again to toggle between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
4. Once you have selected your desired temperature unit, release the temperature switch button.
5. The thermometer will now display temperature readings in the selected unit (either Celsius or Fahrenheit).
