To change the battery in the OCCObaby OCCOflex Digital Baby Thermometer, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the thermometer is turned off and remove it from any storage case or packaging.
2. Locate the battery compartment on the thermometer. It is usually located on the back or side of the device.
3. Use a small screwdriver or a coin to open the battery compartment. Insert the tool into the slot and twist it counterclockwise to unlock and open the compartment.
4. Take out the old battery from the compartment. Pay attention to the battery's orientation, noting which side is facing up or down.
5. Insert a new LR41 battery into the compartment, making sure to align it correctly according to the markings inside the compartment.
6. Close the battery compartment by twisting it clockwise until it is securely locked.
7. Turn on the thermometer to check if the new battery is working properly. If the thermometer turns on and displays the temperature, the battery replacement was successful.
