To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit on the UEi PDT650 Folding Pocket Digital Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Press the power button on the thermometer to turn it on.
2. Use the control buttons, if available, to navigate through the menu options.
3. Look for the option to change the temperature unit (Celsius or Fahrenheit).
4. Select the desired temperature unit by pressing the corresponding button.
5. The thermometer will now display temperature readings in the selected unit.
