To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit on the Lonicera DT-111 Digital Meat Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
2. The temperature unit will switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit or vice versa.
3. Release the power button.
4. The thermometer will now display temperatures in the selected unit.
