To change the temperature display unit on the ThermoPro TP-509 Candy Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Press the /°C/°F button once to turn on the thermometer.
2. Press and hold the /°C/°F button for 3 seconds.
3. The display will show either °C or °F, indicating the current temperature unit.
4. While still holding the /°C/°F button, release it when the desired temperature unit is displayed.
5. The thermometer will now display temperatures in the selected unit for future use.
Please note that the last selected temperature unit will be saved and used as the default for subsequent measurements.
