To switch the temperature unit from Celsius to Fahrenheit on the Venigo FT-028 Meat Thermometer, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the thermometer is turned on by opening the probe.
2. Locate the right button on the thermometer.
3. Press the right button to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit readings.
4. The temperature unit will change on the LCD screen accordingly.
Please note that you can easily change the temperature unit to meet your preferences while cooking.
