To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature units on the NANGOALA NGL-FT03 Meat Food Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Power on the thermometer by pressing the power button.
2. Locate the ℃/℉ button on the thermometer.
3. Press the ℃/℉ button to toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature units.
4. The temperature readings on the LCD monitor will now be displayed in the selected unit.
