To switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius modes on the Searon SR-FT002 Meat Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Unfold the probe to turn on the screen.
2. Look for a switch on the thermometer, usually located on the back or side.
3. Use the switch to toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius modes.
4. Once you have selected the desired mode, the thermometer will display temperature readings in that unit.
