To change the temperature display unit on the Houdian E0828 Digital Hygrometer Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Press the "MODE" button on the device.
2. Use the "UP" or "DOWN" button to navigate through the settings until you reach the temperature display unit option.
3. Once you have selected the temperature display unit option, press the "MODE" button again to enter the setting.
4. Use the "UP" or "DOWN" button to toggle between Fahrenheit (℉) and Celsius (℃).
5. Once you have selected your desired temperature display unit, press the "MODE" button to confirm and save the setting.
