To mount the Arachnid EDBC200 Electronic Dartboard on the wall, follow these steps:
1. Choose a location to hang the dartboard where there is about 10 feet of open space in front of the board.
2. Measure and mark the "toe-line" on the floor. For steel tip rules, the toe-line should be 7'9 1/4" from the face of the dartboard. For soft tip rules, the toe-line should be 8 feet from the face of the dartboard.
3. If your dartboard requires an AC adapter, mount the board close to an electric outlet.
4. Remove the batteries from the dartboard if you are using an adapter.
5. Determine the height at which you want to mount the dartboard. The center of the bullseye should be 5'8" from the ground.
6. Make a small temporary reference mark on the wall at 5'8" from the floor.
7. Measure the distance between the top hang hole on the back of your board and the center of the back of your dartboard. This is the middle point of the circle area on the back of the board.
8. Use a ruler to determine the distance and make a mark for the top hang hole on the wall above the 5'8" mark by the distance you just measured.
9. Drill a xxxx into the mark you made.
10. Mount the dartboard on the wall by lining up the hang hole on the back with the xxxx . Adjust the screws until the board fits snugly against the wall.
11. If you want to mount the dartboard even more securely, you can utilize the bottom hang holes located on the back of the board as well.
12. Make another temporary reference mark 12.54 inches below the top hang hole you drilled.
13. Make a mark 5.31" to the left and another mark 5.31" to the right of the temporary mark for the additional xxxx locations.
14. Drill the screws into the two marks you made.
15. Your dartboard is now securely mounted on the wall.
