To install the batteries in the JOYBOS JBS-GYLJT-6711B-WT Automatic Trash Can, follow these steps:
1. Locate the battery compartment on the back or bottom of the trash can.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert 2 AA batteries into the compartment, ensuring that you align the positive (+) and negative (-) ends correctly.
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.
