To turn on the Vortex MATRIX Mobile Phone, simply hold down the Power key. If you have not inserted a SIM card, the phone will display "No SIM card". After inserting the SIM card, the phone will automatically check if the SIM is usable. The phone will then search for appropriate network connections. For more detailed instructions, please refer to the "Getting Started" section of the user manual.
