To open the notifications panel on the Vortex Beat 3.0 mobile phone, follow these steps:
1. When a new notification icon is displayed in the status column in the notification area, touch and hold the status column.
2. Slide your finger down to open the notifications panel.
3. In the notifications panel, you can perform various actions such as opening relevant applications by touching the notification, clearing all notifications by touching the clear notice, and closing the notification panel by touching and holding the bottom of the panel and sliding up.
