To turn on the Vortex Volt mobile phone, press and hold the Power key. If you have not inserted a SIM card, the phone will display "No SIM card". After inserting the SIM card, the phone will automatically check if the SIM is usable.
To turn off the Vortex Volt mobile phone, also press and hold the Power key.
