To insert a SIM card and SD card into the Koobee SL004T smartphone, follow these steps:
1. Power off your phone before inserting or removing the SIM card and SD card.
2. Remove the back cover of the phone by locating the notch on the bottom right edge and prying it up with a plastic card or your fingernail.
3. Locate the SIM card slot and the SD card slot.
4. Slide the SIM card into the SIM card slot with the gold contacts facing down. Ensure it is inserted correctly.
5. If you have an SD card, slide it into the SD card slot.
6. Install the back cover by aligning it with the frame of the phone and applying pressure until it locks into place.
Note: It is recommended to format the SD card on your phone when inserting it for the first time. You can do this by going to Settings > Storage > This Device > SD card > Menu > Format.
