To adjust the volume or mute incoming calls on the Vortex ZG65 smartphone, you can use the volume button located on the side of the phone. A short press of the volume button will allow you to adjust the volume. You can press it multiple times to increase or decrease the volume level. If you want to mute an incoming call, you can also press the volume button to mute the call.
