To fill the water tank of your Tefal Express Essential Iron Steam, follow these steps:
1. Switch off and unplug the appliance.
2. Remove the removable water tank using the handle located at the front of the steam generator.
3. Fill the tank with tap water up to the max indicator. Do not exceed the maximum level.
4. Push the tank back into its housing until you hear a "click" to ensure it is properly locked into place.
5. If your model has a fixed water tank, open the lid and fill it directly with a jug of water.
It is important to note that you should always use tap water and avoid using water from clothes dryers, scented or softened water containing additives, water from refrigerators, batteries, air conditioners, rainwater, boiled, filtered, or bottled water. Additionally, remember to empty the water tank after every use and not to store the steam generator with water in the tank.
