To adjust the suction power on the Shark Corded Upright Vacuum with Duo-Clean and Lift-Away Technology, you can use the Suction Control Slider located on the handle. The slider allows you to adjust the suction depending on the floor type.
- For hard floors and small area rugs, set the slider to the "I" position. This will provide optimal suction for these surfaces.
- For carpets, set the slider to the "II" position. This will increase the suction power for effective cleaning on carpets.
It is important to note that the brush-roll spins in all modes, so you do not need to adjust it separately. Additionally, always ensure that the vacuum cleaner is moving over the carpet surface at all times to avoid damaging the carpet fibers.
