To reset the TP-Link TL-WA850RE Range Extender to its factory settings, follow these steps:
1. Locate the Reset button on the side or back of the range extender.
2. Press and hold the Reset button using a paperclip or a similar tool for about 5 seconds until the Power LED starts blinking.
3. Release the Reset button and wait for the range extender to reboot. This process may take a few minutes.
4. Once the Power LED becomes solid again, the range extender has been successfully reset to its factory settings.
Note: Resetting the range extender will erase all the customized settings and revert it back to the default settings. You will need to set it up again using the installation guide provided.
