To connect your BT TV Box Mini to your Smart Hub using Wi-Fi, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your Smart Hub is up and running with a working broadband connection.
2. Place your TV Box no more than one wall, ceiling, or floor away from your Hub or Wi-Fi Disc to ensure optimal Wi-Fi performance.
3. Limit the amount of electrical equipment and other Wi-Fi devices near your TV Box.
4. Power up your TV Box by plugging it into the nearest socket on the wall using the power supply unit provided.
5. Press the power button on the front of your TV Box to turn it on.
6. Install the batteries in your remote control and press the power button. The remote control will automatically pair with the TV Box and program itself to control your TV as well.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions that appear on your TV to complete the set-up process and introduce you to your BT TV service.
8. If you encounter any issues connecting by Wi-Fi, you can check your Wi-Fi settings using the My BT app or Hub Manager.
