To set up your NetComm NF18MESH CloudMesh Gateway for an FTTP NBN connection, follow these steps: 1. Locate the telephone wall socket in your property that has been activated for NBN. Disconnect all equipment, including phones and fax machines, from your telephone sockets. 2. Connect your modem to the telephone wall socket using the DSL port on the back of the NetComm modem and power it on. Use the first (main) socket at your property. If you're unsure, you may need a private phone technician to check your wiring. 3. Wait up to five minutes for the lights on the modem to stop flashing and become steady. This indicates a successful connection to the NBN line. If the lights continue to flash, try alternative telephone wall sockets until they become steady. 4. Once connected, the Power, WAN, and WiFi lights should display a steady green light, while the internet light will be flashing. 5. Wait up to 20 minutes for the modem to fully connect to the network. Afterward, you can connect your devices to the modem. 6. To test the speed of your connection, visit www.speedtest.net.
