To connect your Fetch Box to Wi-Fi, follow these steps:
1. Make sure you have a Fetch Mini or Mighty (3rd Generation Fetch boxes or later) as these are the models that support Wi-Fi setup.
2. Connect the TV antenna cable to the ANTENNA port on the back of your Fetch Box.
3. Plug the HDMI cable into the HDMI port on the back of your box and the other end into an HDMI port on your TV.
4. Plug the Fetch power supply into a wall power socket and the other end into the POWER port on the back of your box. Do not turn on the power yet.
5. Turn on your TV using your TV remote and select the correct Audio Visual TV Input source (e.g., HDMI2).
6. Now you can turn on the power to your Fetch Box. The standby or power light on the front of your box will light up blue, indicating that it is starting up.
7. Your Fetch Box will check your Internet connection. If it is already connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable, you will skip the Wi-Fi setup. If it can't connect, you will see a message "Set up your internet connection."
8. To set up Wi-Fi, follow the on-screen prompts and use your remote to choose the Wi-Fi connection option.
9. Select your home Wi-Fi network from the list of networks. If necessary, enter the security settings (passwords are case-sensitive).
10. Your Fetch Box will notify you once it is connected and continue to start up. If prompted, enter the Activation Code for your Fetch Box on the Welcome Screen and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup.
Remember not to turn off your Fetch Box during any System Updates or Software Updates, as these may take a few minutes and your box may restart automatically after an update.
If you don't see your Wi-Fi network, you can refresh the list or manually add it by selecting the appropriate options on the Wi-Fi setup screen.
