To reset your Jabra Elite Active 65t earbuds, you can follow these steps:
1. Make sure your earbuds are turned on and connected to your mobile device.
2. Press and hold the Multi-function button on both earbuds simultaneously for about 10 seconds until the LED on both earbuds flashes purple.
3. Release the buttons and wait for the LED on the earbuds to turn off.
4. Your earbuds have now been reset.
Please note that resetting your earbuds will remove any saved settings and clear the pairing history. After resetting, you will need to pair your earbuds with your mobile device again following the pairing instructions provided in the user manual.
