To connect the ICE Smart Watch to your phone, follow these steps:
1. Download and install the "ICE" app on your phone. You can either scan the QR code provided in the user manual or find the QR code on the settings page of the watch.
2. Open the "ICE" app and select "Add Device" on the device page.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the pairing process.
4. For most Android phones, a "PAIR" pop-up reminder will appear once the watch is correctly connected to the app. Choose to pair with "ICE 1.0_CALL" to finalize the connection.
5. For iOS and some Android phones, go to the settings page of your mobile phone, search and select "ICE 1.0_CALL" in the Bluetooth list, and click it to pair. The Bluetooth call feature can be used after the devices have been paired.
Please note that it is recommended to upgrade the app to the latest version for the best experience. Also, make sure your phone's Bluetooth, GPS, and network connections are turned on for successful connection. If the device cannot be found or connected during use, try resetting or turning off the watch and then try again.
