To connect the H7141 Govee Smart Humidifier to the Govee Home App, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure your smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled and that it is not connected to any other Bluetooth devices.
2. Enable the Location Services on your smartphone.
3. Open the Govee Home App and tap the "+" icon in the top right corner to add a device.
4. Search for "H7141" in the device list and tap on it.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions provided by the app to complete the pairing process.
6. If the humidifier is not found in the nearby Bluetooth devices list, it may be connected to another smartphone. Disconnect it from the other smartphone before attempting to connect it to your device.
7. If the humidifier appears offline in the app, ensure that it is plugged in and powered on. Refresh the "My Humidifiers" section in the app by swiping down on the screen.
8. Make sure your Wi-Fi router is connected to the internet and that your smartphone has a working network connection.
9. If the Wi-Fi password has changed, the humidifier may have gone offline. Try connecting it to the network again.
10. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, delete the offline humidifier from the Govee Home App and then add and reconfigure the humidifier in the app.
If you continue to experience difficulties connecting the humidifier to the app, please refer to the troubleshooting section in the user manual or contact Govee Customer Support for further assistance.
