To update the software on your Redtiger F7NP Dash Cam, follow these steps:
1. Visit the Redtiger website at https://www.redtigercam.com/pages/fir... to check for the latest software version.
2. Download the latest firmware file to your computer.
3. Copy the firmware file (usually named "FWO70A") to the root directory of your micro SD card.
4. Insert the micro SD card into the card slot of your dash cam.
5. Power on your dash cam and it will automatically detect the firmware file on the SD card.
6. During the update process, the blue light on the dash cam will stay on and the red light will flash. Do not turn off the power during this process.
7. Once the update is complete, the dash cam will automatically restart.
Note: It is recommended to format your SD card regularly to keep it in good condition. This will erase all media on the card, so be sure to save any important files before formatting.
