To pair the Govee H705C RGBIC Permanent Outdoor Light with the Govee Home App, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your Wi-Fi router supports the 2.4GHz and 802.11 b/g/n bands. Note that 5GHz is not supported.
2. Make sure you have a smartphone or tablet running iOS 8.0 (or above) or Android 4.3 (or above).
3. Download the Govee Home app from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play (for Android devices).
4. Turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone.
5. Open the Govee Home app and tap the "+" icon located in the top right corner.
6. Search for "H705C" in the app.
7. Tap the device icon corresponding to the H705C RGBIC Permanent Outdoor Light.
8. Follow the on-screen instructions provided by the app to complete the pairing process.
Once the pairing is successful, you will be able to control the light using the Govee Home app.
