To power on the Vortex Cellular HotSpot II Smartphone, long press the [Power] key when it is in the power-off mode. To power off the smartphone, long press the [Power] key when it is in the power-on mode and choose "Power off" from the options. If you have set up a SIM lock or phone lock, you will need to input the code as per the requirements.
