To pair the Generic Pro60 TWS with your device, please follow these steps:
1. Open the charging case: When you open the charging case, the earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your device: Go to the Bluetooth settings on your device and make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
3. Select the earbuds: In the list of available devices, you should see "Generic Pro60 TWS" or a similar name. Tap on it to connect.
4. Successful pairing: Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound or see a notification on your device indicating a successful pairing.
Note: If you have previously paired the earbuds with another device, make sure to disconnect them from that device before attempting to pair with a new device.
If you encounter any issues during the pairing process, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Disconnect and reconnect the earbuds from your device's Bluetooth settings.
- If the earbuds still do not pair, place them back in the charging case and hold the reset button (if present) while they are in the case. Then, forget the device in your Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
