If your ZINGBIRD T62 Waterproof Wireless Earbuds are not charging, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Check for dirt or debris on the charging pins of the earbuds and the charging case. Use a fine cleaning stick dipped in a small amount of alcohol to wipe the charging pins of the earbuds and case.
2. Make sure the earbuds can be turned on normally. If they are not turning on, it may indicate a power issue.
3. Verify that the charging case is charged and able to charge the earbuds. If the case is not charging or holding a charge, it may need to be replaced.
