To assemble the VAX Platinum PowerMax vacuum cleaner, follow these steps:
1. Stand the base of the machine on the floor in the upright position.
2. Line up the handle with the main body and push it into place.
3. Turn the handle lock dial clockwise to lock it in position.
4. Assemble the tanks by tilting and lining up the front of the tank to the washer and pushing the tank back until it clicks into place.
5. Slide the SpinScrub tool holder over and down the handle.
6. Line up the SpinScrub tool with the holder and slide the tool downwards into place.
