To connect the MUSICOZY GH01 Sleep Headphones to your phone via Bluetooth, please follow these steps:
1. Turn off all Bluetooth on your phone.
2. Long press the "on/off" button on the sleep headphones until the red/blue light starts flashing.
3. On your phone, go to the Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
4. Look for the device named "musiCozy" and select it to pair.
5. Once the pairing is successful, you can start using the sleep headphones to listen to music or take calls.
