To install the driver for the UGREEN CM591 Bluetooth 5.3 Adapter, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Plug the Bluetooth adapter into the USB port of your computer. The Bluetooth menu will recognize it and display it as a Bluetooth icon in the lower right corner.
Step 2: There are two setup methods available:
- Method 1: Place the CD drive that comes with the adapter into your computer. Double-click on the pop-up folder to locate the "setup.exe" file, then double-click to install the driver.
- Method 2: Visit the UGREEN official website at https://www.ugreen.com/pages/download and search for the product model "90225". Download and install the corresponding driver from the website.
Step 3: Follow the instructions in the pop-up window and click "Next".
Step 4: Click "Finish" to restart your computer. After the restart, your computer will be able to receive Bluetooth signals.
Note: If a pop-up window appears during the installation process, follow these steps:
1. Plug out the adapter.
2. Enter the "Device Manager" on your computer and disable the built-in Bluetooth function.
3. Plug the adapter back into the computer and click "OK" on the pop-up window to proceed with the installation.
