To switch between 2.4G mode and Bluetooth mode on the Apple 700 Wireless Mouse, you can follow the instructions provided in the user manual.
For the Dual Mode Version (2.4G+Bluetooth):
1. Push the bottom right switch down to activate Bluetooth mode.
2. Push the bottom right switch up to activate 2.4G mode.
For the Single-mode Version (2.4G only):
