According to the user manual, it is recommended to clean the air filters of your HESSAIRE H12HP1A ductless mini-split AC every 2 weeks or every 200 hours of use. This will help maintain the cooling efficiency of the unit. To clean the air filters, disconnect the unit from the power source and remove the front panel. Gently remove the air filters and clean them with warm soapy water. Rinse with fresh water and dry them completely before reinstalling them.
