To set up the AmzHero IDW19 Fitness Smartwatch with your phone, follow these steps:
1. Open the package and check its contents. The package should include the IDW19 smartwatch, user manual, charging cable, smartwatch band, and warranty card.
2. Charge the watch to activate it before first use. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging contacts located on the back of the watch.
3. Scan the QR code on the user manual to install the "VeryFit" app on your phone. Alternatively, you can download the app from the App Store or Google Play. The app is compatible with most iOS 7.0 and Android 4.4 above smartphones.
4. Open the VeryFit app and allow the request to enable the Bluetooth function of your phone to connect the watch. Do not pair directly via Bluetooth; the pairing operation should be done in the app.
5. Select "IDW19" on the VeryFit app and click "Confirm Bind Device" to bind the watch to your phone.
6. Fill in your age, weight, and height correctly in the app.
7. A progress bar will appear at the top of the VeryFit app, indicating the synchronization of date/time and your information. The pairing will be done once it reaches 100%.
8. Log in to the app and set your personal information, as well as your step and weight goals.
Note: Make sure the "location" or "GPS" is turned on. If disconnection occurs, swipe down the homepage of the VeryFit app to reconnect. If you can't sync, contact the manufacturer with your Amazon order number, phone model, and system version to check compatibility. The VeryFit app is not suitable for PC or tablet use.
