To set the timer on the Pioneer RG66B6B/BGEFU1 remote controller, follow these steps:
1. Press the TIMER button on the remote controller. The timer on indicator and the time amount will be displayed.
2. Use the temp or temp buttons to configure the time that the unit should turn itself on (TIMER ON) or off (TIMER OFF).
3. After selecting the desired time, wait for 3 seconds. The TIMER ON or TIMER OFF feature will be activated, and the digital display will return to showing the temperature.
4. The indicator for the selected timer function will remain on, indicating that the timer is now active.
Note: When configuring the TIMER ON or TIMER OFF features, the time can be increased or decreased in 30-minute increments until it reaches 10 hours. After 10 hours, the time can be adjusted in 1-hour increments. To turn off the timer function, set the timer to "0hr". The maximum limit for the timer is 24 hours.
