To connect your computer to the ThinkPad Universal USB-C Dock, follow these steps:
1. Make sure you have the accompanying accessories: the ac power adapter, power cord, and USB-C cable.
2. Connect one end of the USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the dock.
3. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to the USB-C port on your computer.
4. Plug the ac power adapter into a power outlet.
5. Connect the power cord to the power adapter and the other end to the power input port on the dock.
6. Press the power button on the dock to turn it on.
Once the dock is connected to both ac power and your computer, it should start working. You can then use the dock to connect your computer to a local area network (LAN) and multiple devices such as a headset, external displays, and USB devices.
