To assemble the Litter Genie Pail, please follow these steps:
1. Remove the top cover of the pail by lifting it off.
2. Insert a Litter Genie refill into the pail. The refill should fit snugly inside.
3. Pull the film down from the refill and tie a knot at the bottom. This will create a bag for collecting the waste.
4. Replace the top cover of the pail and snap it into place. Make sure it is securely closed.
