To install the Graco 4Ever DLX car seat, please follow these steps: 1. Choose the appropriate mode for your child's age and weight: rear-facing, forward-facing, high-back booster, or backless booster. 2. Make sure your vehicle is parked on a level surface and turned off. 3. Locate the lower anchor connectors in your vehicle. These are usually located in the crease of the vehicle seat. 4. Attach the lower anchor connectors to the lower anchor bars on the car seat. Press down firmly to ensure a secure connection. 5. If using the rear-facing mode, adjust the recline angle of the car seat to the appropriate position. Follow the instructions in the manual to determine the correct recline angle based on your child's weight. 6. Place your child in the car seat and secure them with the harness straps. Make sure the straps are snug and properly positioned on your child's shoulders. 7. If using the forward-facing mode, attach the top tether strap to the designated anchor point in your vehicle. Pull the strap tight to secure the car seat. 8. Double-check that the car seat is securely installed by giving it a firm shake. It should not move more than one inch in any direction. 9. Adjust the headrest and harness height to fit your child properly. The harness straps should be at or just above your child's shoulders.
