It is recommended to charge the battery pack before its first use and whenever it is drained. The charge indicator on the front of the plug will glow red while the battery pack is charging. Once the light glows green, it indicates that the battery pack is fully charged and ready to use. Please note that the battery pack may become warm during charging or use, which is normal and does not indicate a problem.
