To adjust the harness straps on the Graco PD316986B Tranzitions BOOSTER Seat, follow these steps:
1. Locate the harness adjuster strap at the front of the seat, between your child's legs.
2. Lift the harness adjuster lever and pull the harness adjuster strap to loosen the straps.
3. Place your child in the seat and buckle the harness straps.
4. Pull the harness adjuster strap to tighten the straps snugly against your child's shoulders.
5. Ensure that the harness straps are at or slightly above your child's shoulders for proper fit.
6. To release the harness straps, press the harness release button located on the front of the seat.
