To track your swimming workouts with the Fitbit Charge 4, follow these steps:
1. Before you start your swim, make sure your Fitbit Charge 4 is securely fastened to your wrist and that the screen is facing outward.
2. Swipe left on the home screen of your Fitbit Charge 4 until you see the Exercise app.
3. Tap on the Exercise app to open it.
4. Scroll down and tap on "Swim" to select swimming as your workout.
5. If it's your first time tracking a swim, you may need to set up your pool length. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the pool length in meters or yards.
6. Once you have set up your pool length, tap on the green "Start" button to begin tracking your swim.
7. Start swimming and your Fitbit Charge 4 will automatically track your swim duration, distance, and calories burned.
8. After you finish your swim, tap on the pause button to stop the tracking.
9. To end the workout and save your swim data, swipe right and tap on the checkmark icon.
10. Your swim data will be synced to the Fitbit app on your smartphone, where you can view more detailed information about your swim, such as stroke type and pace.
Please note that the Fitbit Charge 4 is water-resistant up to 50 meters, so it is suitable for swimming in pools, but not recommended for deep diving or snorkeling.
