To adjust the ice thickness on the VEVOR Commercial Ice Maker, follow these steps:
1. Wait until the machine is in the ice-making state, and the screen display interface shows the ice-making process.
2. Unlock the screen by pressing any button.
3. Press the "Thick" button on the control panel.
4. The screen will immediately display a two-digit number indicating the current ice thickness setting.
5. Press the "Thick" button again to increase the ice thickness setting by one level. The maximum level is 20.
6. Press the "Thin" button to decrease the ice thickness setting by one level. The minimum level is 19.
7. After adjusting the ice thickness, do not operate the screen again. After a delay of 3 seconds, the program will automatically save the adjustment and return to the normal working display.
Please note that the ice thickness may vary depending on the ambient temperature and seasons. Adjusting the ice thickness parameter within the range of 12-19 should solve most situations. It is recommended to observe the ice thickness after the de-icing process is completed to assess the adjustment effect.
