To connect the JBL BAR 5.0 MultiBeam Soundbar to your TV, you can use either the HDMI ARC or HDMI eARC connection. Here are the steps:
1. Make sure your TV has an HDMI ARC or HDMI eARC port. These ports are usually labeled as such.
2. Connect one end of an HDMI cable to the HDMI ARC or HDMI eARC port on your TV.
3. Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI ARC or HDMI eARC port on the soundbar.
4. Turn on your TV and soundbar.
5. On your TV, go to the settings menu and navigate to the audio settings.
6. Select the option to enable HDMI ARC or HDMI eARC audio output.
7. Adjust the volume on the soundbar using the remote control or the buttons on the soundbar itself.
Note: If your TV does not have an HDMI ARC or HDMI eARC port, you can also connect the soundbar to your TV using an optical cable. Simply connect one end of the optical cable to the optical audio output on your TV and the other end to the optical input on the soundbar. Then, adjust the audio settings on your TV to output audio through the optical connection.
